Business Centre Cein [Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Navarra] :: Objetivos
Business Centre
Created in 1991, the CEIN Innovative Business Centre was the first business incubator in Navarra aimed at spreading and supporting innovation in the region. It provides teams promoting innovative ideas with premises, infrastructure and business management counselling.

Approved by the European Union’s Directorate General of Regional Policies (DG XVI), together with more than 150 other centres it forms part of the EBN (European Business and Innovation Centre Network), which permits the transfer of knowledge and experiences, and acts as a channel through which to attract ideas and resources from the European Union.

The Centre’s facilities serve as temporary premises to all those persons developing innovative, economically-viable business activities in Navarra until their companies can be consolidated.

The Business Centre is based at CEIN’s own premises on the Polígono Industrial Mocholí (Noain) industrial estate, 7 kilometres from the city of Pamplona. The centre covers an area of 4,186 m2, divided up into a total of thirty-nine 35-m2 and 55-m2 offices/business premises and 100-, 200- and 400-m2 industrial buildings.

The great availability and variety of premises allows for flexibility when it comes to adapting the allocated areas when companies join the Centre and later on, when their needs may change. All of the premises are equipped with their own water and electricity supplies, telephones, Internet access, and heating, meaning that work can begin as soon as a company takes up residence.
