DIGITECH Ecommerce, CEIN’s new program to support the launch and growth of online stores

The public entity European Business and Innovation Center of Navarra (CEIN) has launched a new initiative to accelerate the growth of e-commerce projects in the region: DIGITECH Ecommerce.

This program, which will run from April through June, is designed for entrepreneurs who want to launch or scale their online store and will combine in-person training sessions with one-on-one online mentoring for up to 10 selected projects.

Specifically, DIGITECH Ecommerce will provide hands-on training on key strategies for maximizing profitability in e-commerce, ranging from customer acquisition through digital marketing to optimizing the user experience, building customer loyalty, and sales strategies on marketplaces such as Amazon. It will also include training on the use of artificial intelligence for content generation.

Participants will also receive one-on-one mentoring from professionals in the digital sector, who will share their practical experience and expertise to guide them in launching and growing their online stores.

Those interested in participating in the DIGITECH Ecommerce program may apply through this form by March 23. The program is free of charge for participants, as it is funded by the Tech FabLab project, which receives Next Generation funding through the Territorial Networks for Technological Specialization (RETECH) initiative under the Spanish Government’s Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.

DIGITECH Ecommerce is part of the CEIN DIGITECH program, which aims to identify digital technology entrepreneurship initiatives, support the launch of new business projects in the sector, and foster the growth and scaling of digital startups. CEIN is a public entity of the Government of Navarra that is part of the Public Business Corporation of Navarra (CPEN).
