Technical support

Support for managing grants to promote R&D and innovation in companies in Navarre. Among the various calls for proposals are those aimed at fostering strategic R&D projects aligned with the sectors identified in Navarre’s Smart and Sustainable Specialization Strategy (S4). 

We also provide support for managing grants related to the hiring of industrial doctoral candidates and technical staff, as well as grants aimed at promoting knowledge transfer, among other funding opportunities.

Support for managing grants aimed at industrial SMEs, large industrial companies, and the agri-food industry, as well as those related to business competitiveness, digitalization, collaborative cluster projects, and platforms for
business competitiveness and innovation. In addition, CEIN also provides support to the Entrepreneur Assistance Center that the Government of Navarra makes available to individuals interested in starting a business.

Support for the management of grants related to the energy transition (renewable energy, energy efficiency, and the promotion of sustainable mobility) for the public, businesses, and government agencies. In addition, technical support is provided for the management of investments made by the Government of Navarra toward decarbonization. 

We also help prepare the region’s annual energy balance sheet, which shows how energy is produced, transformed, and consumed in Navarre.

Support for initiatives and assistance aimed at Navarran SMEs seeking to implement or consolidate their internationalization and export strategies. In addition, support is provided for trade missions organized by the Government of Navarra, as well as for vocational training and university students who will be studying abroad.

Support in managing various procedures (such as administrative registrations, permits, and commissioning certificates) related to industrial planning and energy infrastructure (low- and high-voltage electrical installations, self-consumption electrical systems, petroleum facilities, energy audits, and building energy certifications).

We provide support to the Government of Navarre in the management of legal metrological control to verify the accuracy of measuring instruments, equipment, or systems used in commercial transactions, health and safety, such as gas meters, weighing instruments, and sound level meters, among other devices.
