Business ethics

Integrity, objectivity, honesty, and accountability are fundamental ethical values in the operations of the public companies that are part of the Public Business Corporation of Navarre.
For this reason, since 2018, all public companies of the Government of Navarre have had a Code of Ethics and Conduct, which formally articulates our values, principles, and guidelines for ethical conduct. It has the force of law within our organizations and thus serves as the general framework and guide that we must apply in the performance of each of our duties to ensure ethical and responsible behavior.
All employees and civil servants providing special services for the public corporations of the Government of Navarre must, in the performance of all their activities, be guided by the ethical values set forth in this Code and strive to comply with ethical principles by applying the established guidelines for conduct.
The Code applies to all members of the public companies of the Government of Navarre, regardless of their position in the hierarchy. Therefore, it applies to the entire workforce, including both permanent and temporary employees, management, and members of the Boards of Directors.

News channel

In compliance with Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption, an Information Channel is made available to employees of public companies in Navarre and to any external individual. The purpose of this channel is to facilitate the early detection of potential irregularities, misconduct, or situations that could be harmful to the Corporation, ensuring that such reports are analyzed confidentially and that the appropriate procedures are followed as necessary.”
