Collaboration and a European mindset are part of our DNA, which is why we partner with other players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem—not only at the regional level, but also at the national and European levels—on various projects.
Tech FabLab Project
The Tech FabLab project focuses on digital entrepreneurship networks, with the primary goal of addressing the needs related to promoting business initiatives linked to key enabling technologies in the participating autonomous communities.
- Call for Proposals: Regional Networks for Technological Specialization (RETECH) under the Spanish Government’s Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Next Generation EU funds.
- A consortium comprising the governments of La Rioja, Aragon, Navarre, Cantabria, the Valencian Community, and Catalonia.

RECRE-AD Project
This project aims to develop a cross-border network that fosters collaboration, mutual understanding, and joint initiatives among agri-food and digital SMEs and startups in the participating regions, with the goal of accelerating the transfer of R&D results to the market in these key sectors.
- Call for Proposals: 2nd Call for Proposals under POCTEFA 2021–2027.
- A consortium comprising: CEIN, the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (Ader), the Aragonese Institute for Development (IAF), the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Neste Barousse Community of Municipalities (Occitania), along with 8 partner organizations representing 9 territories in the cross-border area.
INKUBA SAREA 2 Project
This project will offer selected startups in the agri-food and foodtech sectors intensive training, cross-border immersion, and free incubation at the partner organizations' incubators.
- Call for Proposals: “Euroregional Innovation” 2025 by the New Aquitaine–Basque Country–Navarre Euroregion.
- A consortium comprising: CEIN, AZTI (a scientific and technological center specializing in the marine environment and food in the Basque Country), and Agour (an agri-food company based in Iparralde).
RECEBA Project
It will establish Circular Business Labs where small and medium-sized enterprises and students will collaborate on real-world challenges and training programs related to the circular economy.
- Call for Applications: ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PEX-COVE.
- A consortium comprising CEIN, the Public University of Navarra (UPNA), and Orekan (Environmental Management of Navarra) – based in Navarra – along with 16 organizations from Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Bulgaria, Albania, and Ireland.
