The Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (ADER) has issued a call for bids to contract web services for the POCTEFA RECRE-AD project, in which CEIN is participating as a partner.

RECRE-AD is an Interreg POCTEFA project aimed at creating a cross-border network to support emerging technology companies in the agri-food and digital sectors.
RECRE‑AD was launched as a cooperation project between organizations in northern Spain—the Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (ADER), the European Business and Innovation Center of Navarra (CEIN), and the Aragonese Institute for Economic Development (IAF)—and in southern France—the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Toulouse Haute-Garonne and the Communauté de Communes Neste Barousse (CCNB), to develop a shared platform to support startups and innovative SMEs.
Through the creation of this stable network, which connects business ecosystems in Spain and France, the project promotes the transfer of knowledge and technology, the development of business acceleration and mentoring programs, and facilitates the internationalization of agri-food and digital business initiatives and their access to new markets. Through all of this, the RECRE-AD project contributes to a more competitive, cohesive, and innovation-oriented cross-border region.
