Amets, Mimo, Nanogrow, Naubat, and Opportunity Health, recognized as the most innovative startups in Navarre in the TOP 101 Spain Up Nation
The awards, organized by the National Innovation Agency (ENISA) and the ADR Forum, will be presented on November 18 in La Rioja.
The Navarre-based startups Amets Biotechnology, Mimo Biosciences, Nanogrow Biotech, Naubat Technologies, and Opportunity Health have been selected by the Top101 Spain Up Nation awards committee as the most innovative startups in our region. The five startups, which are part of the ecosystem of the public entity European Business and Innovation Center of Navarra (CEIN), will receive their awards on November 18 in La Rioja.
The Spanish Association of Regional Development Agencies (Foro ADR) and the National Innovation Agency (ENISA) are the organizations behind these awards, now in their third year, which aim to highlight innovative and technological entrepreneurship.
In the case of Navarre, a total of 14 applications were submitted, which were evaluated by a regional committee composed of members from the Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Transition of the Government of Navarre, the University of Navarre, the Public University of Navarre, SODENA, and CEIN.
The Award-Winning Startups
The healthcare sector takes center stage among the Navarran companies recognized in the TOP 101 Spain Up Nation, as four of the five startups operate in this field.
Amets Biotechnology acts as an intermediary in the research and development of gene therapy solutions aimed at the treatment and/or prevention of rare diseases.
MIMO Biosciences seeks to advance medicine through innovative preclinical studies and customized research solutions. In addition, the company conducts contract research (CRO) specializing in hematology and immuno-oncology.
For its part, Nanogrow Technology is developing a new generation of biological drugs based on nanoantibodies—for both animals and humans—which it formulates using disruptive and localized routes of administration, such as creams or inhalers.
And finally, Opportunity Health is a startup specializing in healthcare technology, focused on developing innovative medical devices to save lives in critical situations. Its main area of focus is the creation of an automatic, self-administering airway clearance device, designed to function without the need for external intervention.
The fifth of the selected startups is Naubat Technologies, a company in the electric mobility sector that focuses on developing telemetry products and services for electric vehicles and advanced data analysis to optimize their operation.
TOP101 Gala 2026
The 101 companies selected for this edition will be honored on November 18 during the TOP101 Spain Up Nation Awards ceremony, the main event of the 2026 edition. The event, considered one of the premier gatherings for innovative entrepreneurship in Spain, will take place on November 18 and 19 in Logroño.
The Economic Development Agency of La Rioja (ADER), as a member of the ADR Forum, will host this third edition of TOP101 Spain Up Nation. To mark the awards ceremony, it has prepared an extensive program of activities that will include presentations, panel discussions, professional meetings, and networking opportunities, with the goal of fostering the exchange of knowledge, generating business opportunities, and connecting entrepreneurs, companies, investors, and institutions from across the country.
The TOP101 Spain Up Nation Awards are an initiative launched by ENISA and the Regional Development Agencies to identify, promote, and raise the profile of innovative, technology-based companies that stand out for their growth potential and their ability to generate economic, social, and environmental impact.
