CEIN and eight tech and digital startups from Navarre are participating in the Mobile World Congress
The delegation led by the public company attended this international event this week.
The public entity Centro Europeo de Empresas e Innovación de Navarra (CEIN) participated alongside eight startups from Navarra that are part of its ecosystem in the “4YFN - 4 Years from Now” event, the startup hub at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) taking place in Barcelona from March 2 to 5.
The agency, which reports to the Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition, is participating for the fifth consecutive year in this leading international event for the technology sector, which brings together startups, investment firms, accelerators, institutions, and major corporations in the sector, thanks to the support of the Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition.
CEIN’s goal has been, on the one hand, to promote its CEIN Digitech program—which specializes in accelerating digital technology projects and scaling innovative startups in those fields—and, on the other hand, to enhance the visibility of and access to investment opportunities for the companies in its ecosystem.
In this context, the startups Prisma, HandCrafted Analytics, and Outlier Attitude—all participants in various CEIN Digitech programs—have sought to validate their minimum viable products and business models, as well as to establish contacts with potential customers and technology partners.
For their part, the companies FuVeX, Zaindari, Diabyuda, Uraphex, and Ysium Medical—all part of the CEIN ecosystem—have presented their solutions and value propositions to leading investment firms and established strategic contacts.
Digital Entrepreneurship Programs
Applications are currently being accepted from individuals interested in launching a business in the digital sector through the Digitech Accelerator. This program is designed for entrepreneurs with a digital and/or technology-based project or early-stage startups looking to launch their business.
A maximum of 12 initiatives will be selected to participate in the program, where they will undergo a specialized track focused on digital and technological business models, product and service prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
Those interested in participating in the Digitech Accelerator can submit their application by March 13 via this form.
CEIN’s participation in “4YFN - 4 Years from Now” is part of the Tech FabLab project, in which the Government of Navarra is a partner alongside La Rioja, Aragón, Cantabria, Catalonia, and the Valencian Community. This project is part of the RETECH “Digital Entrepreneurship Networks” call for proposals, funded by the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and Public Administration through Next Generation EU funds.
