Open Bidding: Lease of the CEIN Bar-Restaurant (Mocholí-Noáin Industrial Park)

The bar-restaurant located on the grounds of the European Center for Business and Innovation of Navarra (CEIN) in the Mocholí industrial park has opened the bidding process for its lease.
Interested parties may submit their bids by 11:00 a.m. on August 7. Bids must be sent to compras@cein.es, where any questions may also be directed.
The future contract will be valid for one year, although it may be extended for up to 10 years.
It should be noted that the premises are currently undergoing renovations, so the future tenant will be able to enjoy newly renovated facilities.
