New Leadership Workshop for Women in Sakana
Ten women participated in the session of the “Women and Leadership” program organized by CEIN.
Yesterday, Dinabide’s headquarters in Irurtzun hosted a new session of the “Women and Leadership” program, organized by the public entity European Business and Innovation Center of Navarra (CEIN), with 10 women participating.
This event was aimed at women in the Sakana region who are interested in exercising effective leadership and developing sustainable projects in the areas of personal development, professional growth, or entrepreneurship.
To this end, the session—which was both theoretical and practical in nature and focused on hands-on experience—combined a leadership workshop for women with participatory activities designed to foster networks of support and collaboration, thereby promoting more mindful, connected, and effective leadership.
The purpose of CEIN’s “Women and Leadership” program, which is funded by the Government of Navarre, is to provide women—particularly female entrepreneurs and executives at startups and companies—with training and tools to exercise effective leadership.
Previous editions of this initiative have taken place in Pamplona, Tudela, and Aoiz/Agoitz, and it is scheduled to be held in the near future in Sangüesa and Estella.
