Sodena is facilitating meetings between Enisa and 16 startups from Navarre, eight of which are part of the CEIN ecosystem

This year, Sodena has organized a new round of meetings between theENISAteam and a total of 16 innovativestartupsfrom Navarre, accompanied by Sodena staff, with the aim of showcasing their business projects and exploring potential funding options.

In eight of these meetings, the companies were accompanied by CEIN staff, as these were projects that had gone through CEIN’s programs, thereby reinforcing the comprehensive support provided to innovative startups in their early stages.

The participating companies operate in sectors that are strategic for Navarre’s economic development, such as personalized medicine, the ecological and digital transition, sustainable food, and industrialized construction, among others. These meetings allow ENISA to gain firsthand insight into initiatives with high growth potential and impact, thereby strengthening Navarre-basedstartups’access to public funding.

Together, these 16startupscurrently provide approximately 90 jobs, most of which are highly skilled, demonstrating their direct contribution to job creation and talent development in Navarre.

Sodena has been organizing these types of meetings since 2015, as part of the collaboration agreement signed with Enisa to promote business development in the region, supporting companies in their preparations and throughout the process of engaging with the federal agency. Over the years, this initiative has established itself as an effective tool for connecting innovative projects with financial instruments.

Over the past five years, the results show a significant boost to business innovation: Enisa has funded 30 projects in Navarre totaling 6 million euros, half of which have also received support from Sodena, highlighting how the two organizations complement each other in promoting the business community.

With this new series of events, Sodena and Enisa are reinforcing their commitment to the growth ofstartupsin Navarre, facilitating access to funding and contributing to the development of an innovative, competitive business ecosystem that creates quality jobs.

Eligible Projects and Investment

Eligible business projects must be innovative, provide a competitive advantage in their sector, and have a viable and profitable business model.

ENISA’s financing, through its equity-linked loans, ranges from €25,000 to €1,500,000; it requires no collateral other than the business project itself and the financial standing of the management team behind it, and offers extended grace periods and repayment terms.

In the case of Sodena, projects must be located in Navarre, and the minimum investment for each project is also 25,000 euros.
