Throughout its projects, ABAIGAR generates a large amount of information related to construction execution: costs, deadlines, certifications, incidents, progress reports, variances, resources, and construction milestones, among other things. However, in many cases, this data is scattered across different tools, media, or devices, making it difficult to integrate and effectively utilize for operational and strategic management.
Currently, although valuable information is available, it is not systematically used to generate useful insights, identify patterns, or anticipate risks. This limits the organization’s ability to anticipate deviations, optimize planning, improve operational efficiency, and make more agile, data-driven decisions in real time.
