Challenge 19. “TORRES ACADEMY: Smart platform for creating and managing internal training”
MTorres aims to launch and promote“TORRES ACADEMY,”an initiative designed to structure and scale the company’s internal training programs to facilitate the onboarding, training, and development of new employees within the organization, while promoting the organization’s culture and values.
This need arises as the team grows, making it increasingly important to have a system that allows knowledge to be shared in an organized, accessible, and effective manner, thereby reducing the time it takes for a new employee to become self-sufficient.
The company envisions TORRES ACADEMY as a development model based on three main pillars:
A platform that organizes in-house technical knowledge using training resources and documentation.
A layer of visual documentation and engaging formats, such as videos, audio clips, or other educational content.
A program that includes in-person sessions with on-campus tutors and learning assessments.
The challenge is not just to have a content platform, but to have a solution that organizes and transforms the knowledge already present within the company—which is currently scattered and in non-educational formats—into useful, structured, and engaging learning materials.
In particular, we will prioritize solutions that are capable of:
Convert technical or historical documentation into training materials in various formats (manuals, videos, assessment tests, etc.).
Create more engaging and easy-to-understand materials.
To make it easier to create educational resources without having to develop everything manually from scratch.
Develop an accessible and well-organized internal learning platform.
Incorporate various learning formats, including documentation, visual materials, and other formats.

Standardization of knowledge: more uniform and consistent training across the entire organization.
Leveraging internal knowledge: turning scattered information into useful training content.
Efficient content creation: less effort required to create materials thanks to smart tools.
Enhancing the learning experience: content that is more accessible, visual, and tailored to different profiles.
