Following the launch of the new edition of the Iruña Ekintzaile | Pamplona Emprende 2026 program, the first training sessions have already begun, marking the start of the practical journey this initiative offers to strengthen local commerce in Pamplona.
The program, promoted by the Pamplona City Council and CEIN, is aimed at both individuals interested in starting a business and business owners who wish to optimize their operations or are looking for a successor.

First training tip: window dressing and space optimization

The program kicked off with a training module on Space Optimization, beginning with a session focused on commercial window dressing, during which participating businesses explored ways to improve the visibility of their stores, attract the public’s attention, and enhance their business image from the outside. This module will continue with new sessions aimed at optimizing the organization of interior space and the customer experience.

Flexible training with à la carte modules

Pamplona Emprende offers a flexible training model, structured into standalone training modules, allowing each business to design its own customized program based on its specific needs. In addition to space optimization, the program covers topics such as financial management, sales and marketing, commerce and tourism, and business succession and continuity, addressing the sector’s key current challenges.

Those interested can sign up individually for the workshops that are most relevant to their project and join the program over the coming weeks.
