CEIN launches Green ScaleUp, a new call for proposals to help Navarran startups scale up with products and services that promote energy savings
The registration period will remain open until August 25.
CEIN (European Center for Business and Innovation of Navarra), a public entity under the Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition of the Government of Navarra, has launched a new call for applications for Green ScaleUp 2026, a program designed to promote the growth and scaling of startups in Navarra whose solutions contribute to the decarbonization of organizations.
The initiative is aimed at innovative startups with growth potential whose products or services enable their customers to achieve energy savings and who want to strengthen their value proposition by incorporating Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs). In this way, participating projects will be able to strengthen their business model, increase their sales capacity, and apply what they have learned directly to their company by implementing it in a real-world scenario.
From among the applications submitted,a maximum of 5projects will be selected based on criteria such as innovation, market potential, scalability, the startup’s stage of development, the commitment of the founding team, and the applicability of the program’s content.
The selected startups will have access to a specialized, 100% funded program consisting of essential training on Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs) and business models; individual diagnostic coaching sessions in which they will analyze their potential, available public grants, and tax deductions; as well as advisory coaching sessions to help them implement what they’ve learned within their company and apply it directly to a current or potential client.
In addition, the startups will complete the program with various deliverables designed to facilitate their growth, including feasibility reports, financial estimates and funding plans, value propositions tailored to real customers, financial case studies, and roadmaps for implementing the identified opportunities.
The program will take place between September and October 2026. The first session will be held on September 9. The organizing team must be available to attend the sessions in person at CEIN’s headquarters in Noain.
