Hirugarrena, a space dedicated to innovative technological and digital entrepreneurship promoted by the Government of Navarre’s Department of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition, the public entity European Center for Business and Innovation of Navarre (CEIN), and the Public University of Navarre (UPNA), will host more than 35 activities related to the entrepreneurial and academic ecosystems during the last quarter of this year.

Among the topics to be covered in these sessions are creativity, filtering business ideas, marketing, investment, and grants to support the international expansion of startups in Navarre.

Through Hirugarrena, CEIN supports the development of innovative business initiatives by providing workspaces, specific programs, and specialized advice. Its activities are focused on both the creation of new companies and the growth and scaling of startups, providing support to entrepreneurs, students, researchers, and other key players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Four new startups have set up shop

In addition, the digital technology startups Archiva Solutions, Hydrotecna Green, Naxia, and Salva IA have recently set up operations in Hirugarrena. This move was finalized recently with the signing of the respective entry agreements by Mikel Irujo, Regional Minister of Industry and Ecological and Digital Business Transition; Ramón Gonzalo, president of UPNA; and Uxue Itoiz, managing director of CEIN.

Archiva Solutions, founded by Miguel Lucas, is developing a document intelligence platform that enables consulting firms, professional services firms, and technical offices to manage, search, and access their documents using natural language and artificial intelligence.

For its part, Hydrotecna Green (a technology-based spin-off of the UPNA, which is one of its five partners) is developing the Hydrobee ecosystem, a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that automates the design of irrigation infrastructure—such as drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and high-pressure networks—as well as smart water management at the field level. It integrates IoT (Internet of Things) sensors, satellite remote sensing, machine learning, and computational hydraulics.

Naxia, founded by Sergio Valencia and Guillermo Azcona, is a software engineering firm that has developed ABLALO, an artificial intelligence solution specifically designed for law firms that enables the dictation and transcription of legal documents using locally processed voice recognition, thereby improving productivity and ensuring the confidentiality of information.

Finally, the artificial intelligence system “Salva” is a professional advisor in human resources, management, operations, legal matters, and sales for the hospitality industry. Integrated into WhatsApp, it is available 24/7 to help hospitality business owners solve problems and increase their profit margins. Miguel Pueyo and Borja Roux lead this company.
