The fourth edition of the CEIN-AEDIPE mentoring program in management and human resources development has come to a close
Five startups based in CEIN's incubators participated in this latest edition
On May 27, we held the closing session of the fourth edition of the "Mentoring Program in People Management and Development," an initiative jointly launched by CEIN and AEDIPE Navarra–La Rioja to support companies based in CEIN's Innovation Incubators in developing their people management policies and practices.
For several months, human resources professionals from AEDIPE have been working with five startups based at the incubators (B-Care, Bioinsectis, Genbioma, MOA Foodtech, and Nanogrow Biotech) to reflect on, analyze, and address the challenges they face in the areas of human resources, leadership, organization, culture, and talent acquisition and development.
The closing session began with opening remarks by Eva Gómara, head of CEIN’s Innovation Incubators and Infrastructure division, and Beatriz Ilundain, president of AEDIPE Navarra–La Rioja. Afterward, the participating startups shared the work they had done alongside their mentors, the key lessons learned, and the actions they plan to implement in 2026 to continue strengthening people management within their organizations.
The participating mentors also shared their final reflections and advice, emphasizing the importance of integrating people management from the earliest stages of business growth. The session concluded with a time for mutual appreciation between the startups and mentors, during which participants discussed the expectations that had been met, the lessons they had learned, and the value they were taking away from the experience.
Initiatives like this reinforce our commitment to talent development, knowledge transfer, and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem through increasingly strategic and professional people management.
