CEIN and Aedipe Navarra-La Rioja are launching a program to promote training and talent retention in startups
Five companies will receive mentoring in the area of people management and development, which is key to the growth and scaling of a company of this type
Five startups operating in the Innovation Incubators of the public entity European Center for Business and Innovation of Navarra (CEIN) will receive mentoring from experts in human resources management from the business association Aedipe Navarra-La Rioja, which is part of the Spanish Association of Human Resources Management and Development.
This is the fourth edition of this program, which is aimed at companies in the CEIN Business Incubators that are in the growth phase and are now facing challenges such as attracting and retaining talent, or fostering engagement and motivation among their team members.
The ultimate goal is to provide the executives of participating startups with specialized support in management and people development from Aedipe members who, drawing on their professional experience and working on a voluntary basis, will share their knowledge and expertise and offer guidance tailored to their needs.
The program began with a session between the companies and the experts to foster mutual understanding and lay the groundwork for subsequent individualized mentoring, based on the companies’ interests and prior experience in human resources management, as well as the personal connections established during the meeting.
As a result of this process, MOA Foodtech will be mentored by Manu Iribarren (independent organizational development consultant); B-Care by Tania Pérez San Millán (Delta); Nanogrow Biotech by Ignacio Cristóbal (Lexa Group); Genbioma by Yolanda Esteban (Atecna); and Bioinsectis by Sara Turumbay (a professional with over 20 years of experience in management and people development). These companies collectively employ 61 people and expect to reach 77 in the coming months.
The program consists of four meetings (one per month) guided by an action plan that outlines the scope of work, objectives, actions, and evaluation of results.
