“Now or Never”: The Story of an Idea That Became a Project with Ruta 31

Leave excuses behind, listen to that inner voice urging you on, and dare to take the first step. That’s how PVM Estrategias was born—a project that supports individuals and companies through their transformation processes, made possible by the drive and support of the Ruta 31 program.

PVM Strategies was founded with a dual yet closely connected vision: to guide individuals through times of change and professional reflection, and to support companies in people management, leadership, and team development. A project born from the desire to make a meaningful impact on a human level, both individually and organizationally.

Behind this initiative is Patricia Villanueva Merino, who, after years of experience and small-scale experiments, decided to put her excuses aside and take the plunge: “It’s now or never.” Thus began a journey fraught with logistical, personal, and professional challenges, in which every step was both a test and an opportunity to confirm that, yes, this was what she wanted to do.

It was during that moment of excitement and uncertainty that Patricia ran into Ruta 31—a program where she found structure, support, and the reassurance that she wasn’t alone. “It has helped me think, face uncomfortable questions, and define every aspect of the project.
