Arthilo: Creative Sewing, From Pamplona to the World
Mariela Saeta, who is leading this initiative, has participated in the Iruña Ekintzaile | Pamplona Emprende program organized by the City of Pamplona and CEIN.
Behind every stitch, there’s a story. And the story of Arthilo, the online creative sewing academy, begins with Mariela Saeta, an entrepreneur passionate about transforming fabrics into unique, vibrant creations.
For those who aren't familiar with it, creative sewing goes far beyond just thread and a needle: it's a form of expression. Backpacks, handbags, toiletries bags, pencil cases… Each project combines technique, design, and a healthy dose of imagination.
Through her online platform, Mariela has created a simple, intuitive, and inspiring space. Each person chooses what they want to sew, accesses the tutorials, and works at their own pace, with all the necessary resources: instructional videos, printable patterns, recommended materials, and direct support from Mariela to answer questions or help overcome challenges. And best of all: once you purchase a course, it’s yours to keep forever.
But since every creative endeavor continues to grow, Mariela now dreams of taking the leap into a physical space—a shop and workshop that serves as a place to learn, share, and continue creating as a community. In addition to in-person workshops, she wants to offer fabrics, materials, and accessories carefully curated so that participants have everything they need at their fingertips and feel right at home.
This entrepreneur has participated in the Iruña Ekintzaile | Pamplona Emprende program, jointly sponsored by the City of Pamplona and CEIN, to help launch her business venture.
