The Cybersecurity Consulting Program is part of CEIN CYBERSECURITY LAB, which implements the INCIBE Emprende program in Navarre. This program is promoted by the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE), an agency under the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, through the Secretariat of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, and funded by the European Union through the Next Generation EU plan.
